Job summary

Do it Best in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is offering a Summer 2027 Training & Development Intern position. You will learn about training programs, contribute to curriculum development, facilitate live trainings, and support event planning for in-person and virtual programs.

Reporting to position: Member & Retailer Education Specialist

About the Role:

The Training and Development Intern will focus on training and event management. After learning about our programs and processes, they will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development, facilitate live training, and support the event planning process for our in-person and virtual training programs.

This is a temporary position beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. This internship is paid on an hourly basis.

No relocation is offered, candidates must be local to the Fort Wayne, Indiana area for the Summer 2027 timeframe.

The Intern may also be able to use this opportunity towards university/college credit.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify opportunities to promote training programs

Education and Experience:
