Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in developing training-related content preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
• Base knowledge or experience with learning management systems and other methods for learning resource distribution.
• Knowledge of curriculum/course development, adult learning practices, and evaluation principles.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving and customer interaction skills.
• Experience developing online learning (computer/web-based training).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent skills with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, Copilot AI) and eLearning/instructional design software (Articulate, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• The ability to think outside the box and adapt to always evolving learner needs

Responsibilities

• Design clear and effective training materials for store and corporate training programs.
• Demonstrate facilitation skills to diverse audiences.
• Develop and deliver content leveraging e-learning design methodologies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop content.
• Develop and update course content.
• Coordinate training delivery and schedules.
• Oversee training requirements, records, and schedules.
• Coordinate training events and logistics.
• Lead scheduling and tracking of training, including product training.
• Own training administration and reporting.
• Perform duties related to training and development, operations, and communication
