Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics or related field.
• 1+ years' experience with large data sets or business process analysis preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools a plus.
• SQL proficiency, Oracle/APEX programming, Python or cloud platforms like Snowflake a plus.
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals or basic AI proficiency.
• Experience explaining findings to management or other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Improve data quality and visibility for entire training lifecycle.
• Assist in the administration of the EIT program.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support sourcing EIT talent when needed.
• Develop KPIs, track deliverables and lead process improvement initiatives.
