Maximus is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator II to support WI Works W-2 Project. Our mission is delivering high-quality training experiences to staff and subcontractors. This position is onsite at our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement training materials.
  • Develop training schedules based on the evaluation of the need for new staff and/or subcontractor personnel.
  • Facilitate and deliver training on an initial and ongoing basis.
  • Ensure that program staff are provided with updated knowledge of program requirements.
  • Arrange staff training on a regular and ongoing basis.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Create training materials.
  • Manage training schedules.
  • Facilitate training sessions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Training experience and facilitation skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
