Kenco Logistics, a leading 3PL provider in the U.S., is hiring a Site Training Coordinator to train staff on warehouse processes and forklift operations within our distribution center. The role may also perform the trained tasks when not teaching.
Responsibilities include on‑the‑job training, safety instruction, material handling, and maintaining training logs. Requires a HS diploma or GED, forklift license, and 6 months in a warehouse setting.

The Site Training Coordinator is responsible for training employees on processes and procedures necessary to perform assigned jobs within the distribution center. The Coordinator may also fill in to perform these jobs when not actively involved in training.
