The Training Coordinator will apply instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and hands-on training techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, intelligence studies, or a related field or 5+ years of equivalent training/curriculum development experience.
• Knowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft.
• Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS and/or dashboard analytics or other mission-relevant tools.
