Clayton is seeking a Training and TMX Coordinator to support a World Class Team Member Orientation program and reduce turnover. You will provide administrative support for TMX initiatives and collaborate with Production Manager, TMX Manager, and General Manager.
This role involves coordinating orientation activities, designing training materials, and assisting with trainer development while traveling to the Home Office as needed. Strong communication and bilingual skills in Spanish are valued.

Ensure a World Class Team Member Orientation program is successful and work with all Team Members with the overall goal of reducing turnover. Provide administrative support for the TMX initiatives and work closely with Production Manager, TMX Manager and General Manager. Advance special TMX projects as assigned using skills, knowledge, and abilities gained through experience and education.
