Clayton Homes is seeking a TMX Manager to lead the site-level HR program portfolio, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits and payroll, and performance management. You will partner with plant leadership to drive engagement, retention, and a culture of recognition across the facility.

Oversees all Team Member Experience (TMX) site-level programs and processes, including recruiting and hiring, onboarding and orientation, job skills training, engagement and retention initiatives, performance management, employment practices, benefits and salary administration, and payroll/attendance processes, to support achievement of key performance indicators such as team member engagement, turnover, retention, and talent development. Serves as a key member of the facility leadership team, fostering relationships and influencing positive outcomes across the facility.
