Xcel Energy is seeking a Training Programs Coordinator to manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, from scheduling to records. You’ll coordinate with instructors, students, and oversight committees, and ensure programs meet regulatory and internal standards in a hybrid work setting.

Xcel Energy supports a hybrid work model to enable collaboration and flexibility. Many roles are expected to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday); however, work location expectations vary based on role, team, and business needs.
Coordinate and maintain company training programs. Act as a liaison among students, managers, technical instructors, and oversight committees. Respond to requests about programs to outside agencies. Oversee aspects of programs and responsible for the end-to-end management of the training from scheduling through record keeping.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $25.60 to $35.86 per hour
