Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to oversee the Training and Compliance department and lead a team of instructors in the First Aid and Safety Division. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and training to minimize turnover while expanding classroom training offerings.

Primary responsibilities include growing the training and compliance business at assigned locations and ensuring effective, compliant delivery of programs across the First Aid and Safety portfolio.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and training employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
