Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage the center’s training program, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep staff trained, certified, and prepared to operate in a regulated plasma collection environment.

The role partners with center leadership and regional teams to assign trainers, schedule sessions, document progress in the LMS, and update training materials, SOPs, and the Donor Center Training Manual while upholding safety, data integrity, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of training experience in a customer service setting.
• Must be certified in all operational areas or complete training within 90 days of hire.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in regulated environments and adapt to changing temperatures, including cold storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the center’s training program in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Partner with Regional Field Training Manager and center leadership to schedule training and designate trainers.
• Conduct new employee orientation and manage training records, with timely recertifications.
• Manage courses in the LMS and keep the Donor Center Training Manual up to date.
• Monitor SOP compliance through observations and escalate training needs.
• Deliver training on new processes, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and protect data confidentiality.
• Promote safety, professionalism, and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
