This individual will serve as a quality assurance resource focused on workforce training, competency validation, and operational readiness across multiple mining sites. The ideal candidate will travel to underground, surface, and processing operations to evaluate training effectiveness, audit employee qualifications, review compliance documentation, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
