What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist the Training Coordinator with scheduling and organizing training events
- Prepare training documentation such as manuals and handouts for participants
- Maintain and update product inventory using various systems, including databases and spreadsheets
- Coordinate the necessary equipment and supplies for training sessions
- Manage registration processes using SurveyMonkey and Google Forms
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Accredited Senior High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma / GED (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in job training programs, major projects, or related activities may substitute for education
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in coordinating training events or professional development activities
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in a high-volume training department
