About the Role:

As our Hiring & Onboarding Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our outbound call center. Your mission?
Recruit high-potential sales agents and rapidly onboard them—turning them into confident, capable professionals who sell with integrity and skill.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Recruiting: Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with strong coachability, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.

  • Onboarding & Training: Delivering engaging, structured, 3–4 day onboarding programs rooted in adult learning principles in an exclusively virtual environment.

  • Sales Methodology: Teaching the psychology behind permission-based selling, ensuring agents use our proven, highly scripted approach in a warm, natural tone.

  • Coaching: Spotting strengths, identifying red flags early, and coaching new hires into strong, productive performers.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with Sales, Ops, and QA to ensure alignment across hiring, training, and performance goals. Meeting established deadlines is a must.

Who You Are:
  • You have 2–5+ years of experience in interviewing,onboarding and facilitating trainings, for a virtual call center or high-volume sales team.

  • You're well-versed in adult learning theory and can translate complex psychological principles into hands-on training.

  • You believe in permission-based selling and can explain its power with confidence and clarity.

  • You’re skilled at scripted training—helping reps sound real, not robotic.

  • You have an eye for raw talent and know how to coach green but driven candidates into consistent closers.

  • You’re proactive, emotionally intelligent, and obsessed with creating results through people.

Compensation & Perks:
  • Base Pay: Competitive salary based on experience

    • $55,000 – $70,000/year

    • Additional Bonus available based on Agent Success

  • Remote Role: Work from anywhere (with reliable internet)

  • Job Type: This position is offered on a full-time basis, with a probational period of six months.

    • During the probationary period, your performance will be assessed on a regular basis in order to demonstrate your suitability for the position.
