Referral bonuses of $1,000 are available to referring DHSS employees. You must be a new employee to the State of DE to be eligible for this program. The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) seeks to increase the number of applicants for clinical nursing positions by offering a recruitment incentive to eligible candidates.
Summary Statement
The scope of work primarily includes facilitation of New Employee Training to prepare Nursing staff to work in the clinical/direct care setting; development of new curriculum based on department/division needs and modification of existing curricula to stay current with educational trends; clinical review with the use of evidence-based research; planning and coordinating clinical competency renewal program for Nursing staff; and creating lesson plans, materials, and visual aids to present training instructions and to meet the training needs of Nursing staff.
Selective Requirement
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing and a license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Delaware.
