Summary Statement
The incumbent reports to a Senior Administrator in the DCSS Training Unit, developing curriculum that meets the specific educational needs of statewide staff and agency partners. Researching and developing detailed lesson plans is essential for many topics, while coordinating the delivery of training by outside resources is critical for others. Training is facilitated via various formats and media to best promote awareness and professional growth relative to the child support program, the electronic systems that are key to its success, and the security programs in place to safeguard confidential information.

Selection Process
The application and supplemental questionnaire are evaluated based upon a rating of your education, training and experience as they relate to the job requirements of the position.
