SURVICE Engineering is seeking a Training and Development Manager to support our Aberdeen Research Operation, with duties onsite at Muscatatuck Training Center. You will lead cyber training program development and execution, collaborating with SMEs and leadership to shape training objectives and schedules. Active Top Secret Clearance required, SCI eligible, U.S.
citizenship, and 0% travel. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 depending on experience and education.

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Training and Development Manager to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Working onsite at the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC), the Training and Development Manager will:
Lead the planning, development, and execution of cyber training programs and events.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and outside organizations to identify training requirements and develop effective training objectives.
Develop and coordinate training schedules, materials, and resources.
Assist in the development of realistic operational scenarios to support cyber training objectives.
Support the integration of technologies, networking, cellular systems, and infrastructure into training environments.
High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
