SURVICE Engineering is seeking an Exercise Planner to support our Aberdeen Research Operation, located in Butlerville, IN. You will plan and manage cyber training scenarios, develop timelines, and coordinate resources as part of a defense-focused team.

The role requires a High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience and may require DoD 8570.01-M IAT II certifications. This contract position supports on-site operations at MuTC.

Exercise Planner

Position Summary

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Exercise Plannerto support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Exercise Planner

• Working onsite at the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC), the Exercise Planner will:
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and manage cyber training scenarios.
• Develop exercise timelines, milestones, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in resource coordination and scheduling for training events.

Minimum Qualifications of Exercise Planner

High School Diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.

Desired Experience

• Ability to manage multiple projects with different scopes and timelines.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and manage cyber training scenarios effectively, both independently and in a team environment, with minimal supervision.
• Experience in planning and managing cyber security training events within the DoD community.
• Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
