UF Health is seeking a Training & Development professional to coordinate instructor-led and virtual trainings, develop eLearning content, and oversee LMS operations. The role includes managing training events, marketing communications, and analytics to measure impact.

The candidate will design and maintain training materials, record live events, and support organizational learning initiatives within the hospital system. A focus on quality and data-driven improvements is essential.

Overview

Job Duties

Supports organizational training initiatives through coordination and execution of instructor-led classroom training and Virtual instructor-led training, online eLearning courses, and company-wide training events. Facilitates employee Hospitality and New Employee Orientation sessions. Serves as Administrator of the company's Learning Management System as well as other web based Training & Development programs. Designs and develops new eLearning courses and instructor-led training classes in support of organizational goals. Innovates and maintains quality, functionality and continuity of existing eLearning courses and training material. In charge of production and post-production for live training events. Responsible for Training & Development marketing and communication.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Plan, organize and facilitate classroom or virtual training, including reoccurring training sessions for Hospitality, New Manager Orientation and New Employee Orientation. Prepare class materials, coordinate catering, speakers, and facilities.
• Administration of Learning Management System: manage user accounts, administer mandatory education assignments, provide consultation support for lower level Administrators, troubleshoot and resolve IT Help Desk requests. Develops and executes ad hoc queries and reports for distribution, performs additional analysis on data, as required to ensure data integrity runs quality control reports and corrects data appropriately in LMS
• Design/develop new eLearning courses in support of organizational goals as well as at the request of the Compliance Office, Privacy Office, Nurse Educators, HR Dept. and Physicians/Residents. Innovate/maintain quality, functionality and continuity of existing eLearning courses.
• Administration of web-based T&D/HR programs: online employee recognition portal, performance appraisal program, survey programs, department intranet pages, and internal networking system.
• Record/stream live T&D events. Edit video/audio, incorporate graphics and produce high resolution video files for web sharing.
• Responsible for T&D dept. marketing/communication and company-wide emails regarding training events, etc.
• Track training attendance and completion of assigned training, and compile and prepare training metrics.
• Conduct training needs assessments and analyze training requests to identify proper training solutions.
• Extract, organize, and analyze data from surveys and evaluations.
