Hours: 8:00-5:00

JOB DETAILS

Ideal Training And Curriculum Coordinator Characteristics

    • Experience: 2 years classroom experience as well as 1-2 years experience leading other adults and a degree in early childhood education (or related field), or Career Pathway Level 3 and or Current CDA, AA or BA
    • Creativity: effective problem solver; is innovative and has new ideas that helps operations
    • Customer Focus: Great daily communication, timely responsiveness, engagement and resourceful in finding answers to questions
    • Checklist Lover: Detail oriented, loves to complete tasks and is an eager problem solve
    • Organization: knows where everything is and if it does have a place will find one
    • Integrity: Professional, motivated and true to what you say you will do across all relationships with children, families, and co-workers
    • Environment: Create an atmosphere that is inviting and represents all students, families and staff
