BP Aero is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to evaluate training programs and the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure quality, integrity, and efficiency across operations. The role ensures training aligns with customer, regulatory, and organizational standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial or business field required.
  • 3–5 years of MRO experience preferred, with 1–2 years of quality experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing and production in the Aerospace industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to train staff.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Evaluates training from a strategic level to ensure that training meets quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements.
  • Manages the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain audit-ready training records and employee certifications.
  • Develops and implements quality standard testing and evaluation processes.
  • Oversight of Calibration Program, maintaining control of records and coordinating calibration schedules.
  • Collaborate with management and senior staff across production departments and roles to draft training standards.
  • Performs audits on training and reviews audit results with Director of Quality.
  • Facilitates training communications for production and management.
  • Assesses test results and approves recommended changes.
  • Support the creation, revision, and document control lifecycle of all SOPs and corporate policies to ensure operational alignment.
  • Audits quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Conducts routine audits and inspections for quality control according to the internal auditing schedule.
  • Supports with and resolves corrective and preventative actions resulting from internal or external findings.
  • Periodically reports status of training, quality control and operations to executive leadership.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to do the following:

Standing / Walking
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 2 hours per shift.
  • Frequent walking throughout the facility/warehouse/production floor.
Sitting
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer.
Lifting / Carrying
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
Vision
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to read SOPs and computer screens clearly.
Hearing
  • Ability to hear and distinguish audible alarms, warning signals, and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
Speech / Communication
  • Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing in English
