Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor for First Aid and Safety to facilitate training courses on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics. You will also sell and schedule training and up-sell safety products to our training customers.

You will work with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance, contributing to our safety culture and client relationships across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Familiarity with safety products and requirements.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in training, teaching or facilitating preferred.
• Business-to-Business, industrial and/or outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training courses and instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics.
• Sell and schedule training sessions.
• Upsell safety and first aid products to training customers.
• Work with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.
