Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor for the First Aid and Safety programs in Birmingham, AL. The role focuses on delivering OSHA, First Aid and CPR training and coordinating scheduling and sales of training services to our customers.

The position requires promoting safety products, ensuring OSHA compliance, and working with the service team to maintain high customer satisfaction. A safety-minded candidate with relevant training experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Familiarity with safety products and safety requirements.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in training, teaching or facilitating is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training courses and instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR and other safety topics.
• Sell and schedule training for customers.
• Upsell safety and first aid products to training customers.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.
