Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor - First Aid and Safety. You will facilitate OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and safety courses, schedule training sessions, and upsell safety products to our training customers while coordinating with the service team to ensure OSHA compliance and customer satisfaction.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license; prior training or teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with safety products and requirements.
• HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training courses and instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics.
• Schedule and sell training sessions to trainees and customers.
• Upsell safety and first aid products to training customers.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 - $150,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
