The United Academy Trainer is responsible for delivering world-class safety and equipment operator training programs to internal and external customers while supporting the growth and profitability of United Academy. This role serves as a subject matter expert in equipment operation, safety compliance, adult learning and customer training solutions.
The Trainer partners closely with Sales, Operations and Customers to identify training needs, develop customized training programs, drive training revenue and ensure regulatory compliance. Through instructor-led training, practical evaluations, Train-the-Trainer programs and digital learning solutions, the Trainer helps customers improve safety performance, operator competency and workforce development.
This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals' policies and procedures.
