Trainer Job Description: As a Trainer for NASDA, you will serve a crucial role in supporting agricultural producers by providing reliable, accurate, and objective statistics and information for farmers, ranchers, and rural communities. You will support training activities for enumerators collecting data for the National Agriculture Statistics Service (NASS).

About the Position: The Trainer reports to the Associate Director and has no direct reports. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications: A high school diploma and one year of experience or college; knowledge of agriculture is preferred. Proficiency with IT equipment and data collection systems is required. Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential. Must work well in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Starting at $24.80/hour.
Work Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20-30 hours/week, remote, with residence in CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, WA, or WY. Benefits include bonuses, career development, and flexibility.
