Job summary

ODW Logistics is a people-focused and customer-driven 3PL provider delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions. This role focuses on instructional coaching to support the team and ensure employees work efficiently and meet company standards.

The position involves training new and existing staff, coordinating programs with CI Training Supervisor and Operations, delivering TWI training, and coaching hourly leaders to drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of process improvement procedures and best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees and retrain/cross-train current employees on all aspects of their role and processes.
• Complete training/evaluation paperwork, audit training methods and job breakdown sheets, and report status of the programs.
• Coordinate training and other initiatives with CI Training Supervisor and Operations.
• Deliver training programs (e.g. Training Within Industry) and observe/provide feedback on progress.
• Coach and support hourly leaders (train-the-trainer sessions).
• Support company safety, quality and productivity initiatives.
• All other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY

This positionutilizesinstructional/coaching methodsandskill development to support the team and ensure all employees are working efficiently and meeting company standards.

EESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train new employees and retrain/cross-train current employees on all aspects of their role and processes
• Complete training/evaluation paperwork, audit training methods and job breakdown sheets,and report status of the programs
• Coordinate training, and other various initiatives and projects,with CI Training Supervisor and Operations
• Deliver training programs (e.g.Training Within Industry (TWI)) to employees andobserve/provide feedback on progress
• Coach and support hourlyleaders(“train the trainer” sessions)
• Understand and strive to fulfill company goals and work to create an environmentof efficiency and effectiveness
• Support company safety,qualityand productivity initiatives
• All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
