This role combines professional cleaning, team coverage, and training new technicians using the Spotless Cleaning System.

• 2+ years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience.
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Completion of the Spotless Cleaning Process.
• Zero unexcused absences during training.
• Completion of Computer Training and use of Spotless System.
• 97+ Quality Score.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned homes and offices thoroughly and efficiently.
• Float between assignments to provide coverage.
• Train new team members using the Spotless Cleaning System.
• Provide patient and constructive feedback.
• Follow the top-to-bottom, left-to-right cleaning process.

Experienced Cleaning Trainer & Floater — $17.45–$19.45/hr

Spotless Cleaning Services is hiring an experienced Cleaning Trainer & Floater to support our growing team throughout Mooresville, Lake Norman, Huntersville, Cornelius, Denver, Charlotte, and surrounding areas.

This role combines professional cleaning, team coverage, and training new technicians according to the Spotless Cleaning System.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience

Candidates must live in or near Mooresville to efficiently cover routes throughout Lake Norman, Mooresville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Denver, Charlotte, and surrounding areas, including South Charlotte when needed.

About the Role

As a Cleaning Trainer & Floater, you will:

• Clean assigned homes and offices thoroughly and efficiently
• Float between assignments and provide coverage as needed
• Train new team members using the Spotless Cleaning System
• Provide patient and constructive feedback
• Follow our top-to-bottom, left-to-right cleaning process
• Complete final walkthroughs after each service
• Maintain quality and consistency across all assignments
• Communicate promptly with the office about updates or concerns
• Use GPS to navigate efficiently between jobs
• Log shift details accurately in our company app
• Manage keys and assignments responsibly
• Deliver client notes and feedback to the office
• Support team members and assist with operational tasks
• Wash and maintain your own assigned towels
