Spotless Cleaning Services is seeking an Experienced Cleaning Trainer & Floater to support our growing team across Mooresville, Lake Norman, Huntersville, Cornelius, Denver, Charlotte, and surrounding areas. This role combines professional cleaning, team coverage, and training new technicians using the Spotless Cleaning System.

The position offers a pay range of $17.45–$19.45 per hour, with full-time or part-time schedules, training, bonuses, travel reimbursement, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience.
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Completion of the Spotless Cleaning Process.
• Zero unexcused absences during training.
• Completion of Computer Training and use of Spotless System.
• 97+ Quality Score.

Responsabilités

• Clean assigned homes and offices thoroughly and efficiently.
• Float between assignments to provide coverage.
• Train new team members using the Spotless Cleaning System.
• Provide patient and constructive feedback.
• Follow the top-to-bottom, left-to-right cleaning process.
