Shift Time: 7:45 a.m. - 4:55 p.m.

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour


**POULTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**


Summary

The main responsibility is to ensure an effective and successful process of accompaniment and technical training to contribute to the adaptation curve of the new employee.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Receive candidates and give them a tour to understand the process and environment.
  2. Conduct short interviews and provide hiring opinions to Recruitment and Selection.
  3. Assist new hires during the closure of the Orientation Process.
  4. Welcome the new employee on their first day.
  5. Show the facilities and ensure the assignment of work tools.
  6. Introduce new employees to supervisors and co-workers.
  7. Encourage integration and promote a positive working environment.
  8. Provide theoretical and practical training on assigned tasks.
  9. Clarify doubts about the role and verify effective learning.
  10. Monitor daily attendance during the first 30 days and support absent employees.
  11. Conduct daily check-ins and attend relevant meetings.
  12. Report incidents and resolve problems for new employees.
  13. Report on the results of the Adjustment Interview.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Monitor new entries during the initial 30 days, train on company policies, and address concerns, providing a point of contact for employees.
