1st Shift - Debone Plant

Dpt 199 DSI Trainer

Shift Time: 7:45 a.m. - 4:55 p.m.

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

**POULTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

Summary

The main responsibility is to ensure effective and successful accompaniment and technical training to facilitate the adaptation of new employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Receive candidates, give them a tour of the process, and provide context about the work environment.
  2. Hold brief interviews with candidates and provide feedback to the Recruitment and Selection team.
  3. Assist new hires during the conclusion of their Orientation Process.
  4. Welcome new employees on their first day, introduce facilities, and ensure they receive necessary work tools and PPE.
  5. Introduce new employees to supervisors and co-workers, encourage integration, and promote a positive working environment.
  6. Provide theoretical and practical training on assigned tasks, clarify doubts, and verify learning effectiveness.
  7. Monitor daily attendance during the first 30 days, support employees who miss work, and check on their well-being.
  8. Participate in meetings with HR and production management, report incidents, and provide feedback on new employee adjustments.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Monitor new hires during their initial 30 days, train on company policies, address concerns, and conduct experience surveys.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
