First Student is hiring a Driver Trainer to join our team. The role focuses on hands-on and classroom training to prepare drivers for safe, compliant operation. You will maintain training records, participate in safety initiatives, and ensure programs align with DOT and company standards.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and reliability are essential. This on-site position requires travel within the service area and adherence to Federal, State, and company regulations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of training experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in transportation, safety, or related field.
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation to travel within the service area as needed.
• Ability to meet applicable DOT physical and drug testing requirements.
