Position based at our campus in Madison, WI, requiring relocation. Epic recruits nationally and offers financial relocation assistance.

As a Trainer you’ll lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our own staff. You are the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience during the Epic transition and helping them save lives. You’ll be involved in the training process from start to finish – from instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios you’ll deliver. Outside the classroom, trainers work with teams to design workflow-based training content, collaborate with organizations to improve training, and contribute to projects that make our software more intuitive.
