As a Trainer, you’ll lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our staff. You will be the first point of contact for many of our staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them in saving lives. You will be involved in the training process from instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios for delivery. Outside the classroom, trainers work in teams to design workflow-based training content, collaborate with organizations to develop their training, and participate in projects to improve our software’s intuitiveness.

If you enjoy or have experience on stage, in a classroom, or as a tour guide, this could be the position for you. Learn more about our team at https://careers.epic.com/jobs/trainer/.
