Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a friendly team member to run the PE@PF group fitness program, helping new members design simple workouts and learn proper equipment use.

You will assist at the front desk, guide tours, sign-ups, and maintain club cleanliness while delivering exceptional customer service to members and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Run the PE@PF program and manage class schedules.
• Assist members with fitness goals and proper equipment use.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups and create varied exercise routines.
• Create bi-weekly updates with exercises and meet class requirements based on club size.
• Assist at the front desk including checking in members, answering questions, and Tours.
• Update member accounts and respond promptly to questions or concerns.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and appearance.

Job SummaryResponsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF).
