Job summary

Gerhard Topp GmbH in Bavaria, Germany, offers a two-year apprenticeship starting on 1st September 2026 as Trainees for Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d).

You will rotate through production departments such as tape production, extrusion and weaving, and will learn to operate diverse production machines. There is potential exposure to foreign locations for international experience. The program aims to deepen skills in your chosen production area and includes strong team dynamics.

• Operate production machines independently across shifts.
• Optional exposure to foreign locations (stay abroad) for broader experience.

For training start on 1st of September 2026 we are looking for:

Trainees for Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d)

We offer a profound apprenticeship in our production plant, in which, in addition to the vocational school, you will also pass through all departments within our productions.

This is part of your training:

• You get to know all the departments in production: Tape production, extrusion and weaving
• Independent work on various production machines
• If you wish, you can get to know our foreign locations (stay abroad)
• Deepen your skills in your desired area of production
• Duration: 2 years
