Job description

To ensure a smooth and efficient production process within the company, machine and plant operators are continuously in operation. They operate, monitor, and control production equipment, ensuring that the manufacturing process runs stably and without disruptions.

A key part of their responsibilities includes regular quality inspection and control of finished products to ensure compliance with required standards. In addition, they monitor the technical condition of the equipment, identify deviations or malfunctions at an early stage, and thereby make a significant contribution to maintaining production capability and preventing downtime.

You will learn these tasks during your two-year apprenticeship at JagoTech Paper and will be assigned to the relevant departments within our company.
