UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Trainee Locator to learn safety rules and techniques for locating underground utility lines. You will work with experienced locators, use specialized tools, and record findings to help keep construction projects safe and efficient.

Your training will cover equipment operation, safety protocols, and regulatory knowledge, with hands-on practice and guidance from seasoned team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable MVR record.

Responsibilities

• Learn utility locating techniques, safety protocols and how to operate equipment.
• Develop an understanding of local utility infrastructure and regulations.
• Partner with experienced Locators to mark underground utility lines.
• Operate utility locating equipment.
• Document findings using digital mapping tools.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
