3rd Shift (10p – 6a, Sunday – Thursday nights)

Job Duties:

  • Assemble parts to form complete units or subassemblies using detailed written and/or verbal instructions.
  • Visually inspect parts to insure they meet quality standards.
  • Assemble components together into sub-assemblies and finished products.
  • Conduct tests using specified test equipment as required by the product test specifications.
  • Reading assembly procedures, test specifications and blueprints as required to build products to specifications.
  • Enter data working with computers as required.
  • Regular attendance is essential. Must be able to work overtime as required.
  • Miscellaneous jobs assigned by supervisor.
  • Housekeeping of work area

Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. desired
  • Prior manufacturing assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to use various hand tools, automatic screwdrivers, multimeters, other small power tools and special department equipment as assigned.
  • Occasional lifting, weight and frequency depends on the product being produced. (Occasional lifting of up to 70 lbs with assistance and up to 50lbs without assistance)
  • Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push, pull various types of units without difficulty. Good manual dexterity required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic reading, writing, math skills required; basic comfort level with computers required.
