• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Specialized experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Ability to gather data, reason logically, and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SWANA Center Coordinator to deliver integrated support services and programs.
• Serve as a mentor and advisor to students and work with interns and student staff.
• Support staff who design and deliver programs for graduate and undergraduate students.
• Represent on campus-wide committees to promote student excellence.
