Exciting Opportunity for a

Full-Time Trainee Transport Refrigeration Installation Technician

Competitive Pay/Full Time/Generous Benefits

We’re hiring a Trainee Transport Refrigeration Installation Technician with diesel experience. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration units in transport settings. HVAC experience is a plus, but not required as training is provided. The starting wage is $20-$22/hr. After six months, we’ll sponsor your Level 1 certification, raising your wage to $25-$27/hr. Passing the Level 2 exam could further increase your wage to $30/hr.

Responsibilities:

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing diesel and refrigeration systems
2. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
3. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
4. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
5. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
6. Providing technical direction

Qualifications:

1. Willingness to be trained and tested for National Transport Refrigeration Certification
2. Experience with or Knowledge of Diesel Engine or Diesel Technology required to be considered for opportunity
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Clean driving record

Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:

1. Experience with troubleshooting Transportation Refrigeration
2. Holds Level 1 or Level 2 Transportation Refrigeration Licenses
