Job summary

Educationally, candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with an associate degree and hold RT(R).

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and hold an associate degree.
• Must hold the RT(R) professional designation.
• Must obtain active licensure or certification within 120 days of program completion.
• Must read and write proficiently to accomplish responsibilities.
• Must attend all clinical and class sessions and complete requirements.
• Teamwork, motivation, self-directedness, and commitment to patients are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet duties after education program and pass the education requirements.
• Participate in classroom and clinical experiences per program requirements.
• Meet program admission requirements prior to offer.
• Meet program exit requirements for licensure/certification.
• Keep Clinical Instructor informed of patient status and changes.
• Comply with hospital and departmental programs.
• Demonstrate commitment to AR Gould's philosophy and objectives.
• Coordinate with education and leadership teams to balance work and study responsibilities.
