Silvertip Completion Services in the Permian Basin is seeking a Pump Truck Operator to perform safe, hands-on pumping tasks, rig up/down pumps, assist in the shop and at the wellsite, and maintain accurate operation records.

Responsibilities include installing/disassembling pumps, monitoring processes, complying with safety and FMCSA standards, and providing support to crew members in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year oilfield experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Current and valid driver’s license required.
• Able to safely perform duties during a 12+ hour shift including day, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledge transferring pumps and fueling processes preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to regulations.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsabilités

• Install / disassemble pumps and data recording equipment per manufacturer standards.
• Assemble, secure, and disconnect equipment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust processes to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines and industry standards at all times.
• Perform shipping, loading, and unloading tasks.
• Comply with FMCSA regulations for transportation and routing.
• Verify identity and quantity of equipment.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot pump truck and equipment; keep operation records.
