Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a driven student for a ten-month sales trainee program. You’ll rotate through sales field offices, receive immersive onboarding, and work across strategic accounts, growth channels, and eCommerce to develop innovative customer solutions.

You’ll uncover opportunities with Gen Z shoppers, gain exposure to category management, and meet senior executives during leadership development activities, transitioning to a full-time sales role upon completion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation in 2026–2027.
• Demonstrated leadership initiative throughout academics or extracurriculars.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and think creatively.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Complete immersive onboarding to learn Kraft Heinz’s business and industry
• Complete two four-month project rotations in sales field offices
• Develop creative solutions across strategic accounts and growth channels, business development, eCommerce, and customer marketing
• Uncover opportunities to win with Gen Z shoppers
• Improve real-time supply chain visibility and product availability
• Gain exposure to customer sales/planning, category management, eCommerce and customer marketing, business development, and strategic accounts and growth channels
• Collaborate across the business to grow Kraft Heinz brands
• Participate in leadership development and professional development activities
• Meet with the CEO, North America President, Chief Sales Officer, and other senior executives
• Transition into a full-time sales role after completing the ten-month trainee program

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Anticipated graduation between November 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027
