Qualifications

• Interest in automotive work and willingness to learn PPF installation.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job locations.
• Professional attitude with customers and team members.
• Punctuality and dependable attendance.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comfort with high-end vehicles (training provided).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction.
• Experience in detailing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with picking up paint protection kits from AE Production Center and verify accuracy.
• Learn vehicle prep including washing, clay barring, and panel cleaning.
• Support senior installers and observe XPEL installation techniques.
• Gradually practice installing film under supervision.
• Help conduct basic quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Communicate job status with customers and AE office/software systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
