We are recruiting a Trainee Horticultural Manager. Imagine spending your working day supporting your team and surrounded by plants, helping people to bring their garden and home to life. Think of the positivity your love for gardening would bring to our customers.

We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and develop and, once training is completed, be ready to take the next step in their horticultural management career. It goes without saying that you will enjoy working outdoors in our thriving garden centre, come rain or shine!
Through training, you will gain a commercial understanding of the retail environment, with visual merchandising expertise to create great displays that inspire and reflect the Notcutts brand, bringing the best of horticultural retail to our customers.
You will become a key member of the management team within the Horticultural department, supporting the Horticultural Manager to ensure that the plant area maintains its prestigious reputation for providing first class horticultural expertise, and being part of a busy team that works together to make Notcutts a place customers love to visit.
