Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a student or recent graduate in electronics, computer science, or mechatronics to gain hands-on experience in automotive hardware systems. This full-time, on-site role is based at our Szczecin facility, offering exposure to hardware testing, debugging, and work alongside experienced engineers.

Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, possess basic networking knowledge, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Student or recent graduate in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support troubleshooting and analysis of hardware‑related issues with experienced engineers.
  • Participate in setting up and configuring hardware test environments.
  • Flash embedded devices and prepare hardware platforms for testing activities.
  • Assist in maintaining hardware inventory, prototypes, and testing equipment.
  • Learn hardware quality assurance processes and performance monitoring techniques.
  • Support basic testing and validation of hardware components.
  • Gain exposure to networking concepts and hardware communication protocols.
  • Identify and report hardware defects, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings and learn about hardware development processes in the automotive industry.

Requirements
  • Student or recent graduate in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics or a related field.
  • Possess 0‑1 years of foundational professional experience in technical support, demonstrating a keen interest in hardware systems and their operational aspects within an enterprise environment.
  • This role requires a full‑time commitment to on‑site work at our Szczecin facility, fostering direct collaboration and hands‑on engagement with hardware systems and team members.

Required Skills
  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of basic testing methodologies and quality assurance principles applicable to hardware components.

  • Possess a beginner’s familiarity with networking concepts and their relevance to hardware connectivity and communication protocols.
