Hotpoint is offering a hands-on Trainee Field Service Engineer role with comprehensive training. You will visit customers’ homes to diagnose and repair appliances, becoming the friendly face of Hotpoint on the road.

Training spans classroom, shadowing, and in-field learning, progressing to a permanent role within 12 months. A full UK manual driving licence and physical fitness are essential; no prior field engineering experience required.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Physically fit to move and lift appliances.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Drive your own Hotpoint van to customer appointments.
• Diagnose and repair household appliances on-site.
• Provide top-notch customer service at customers' homes.
• Manage tools and spare parts stock on the road.
• Promote Hotpoint products to customers.
