Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers homes across Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas, diagnosing and repairing appliance issues. You will manage time, communicate progress to customers and colleagues, and keep van stocks topped up.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence required.
• Experience as White Goods Engineer preferred but not essential.
• City and Guilds-assured in-house training available.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas to fix appliance issues.
• Manage your time through the day and keep customers and colleagues updated on progress.
• Keep van stock levels up to date; upsell products with bonus incentives.
