Pepsi Bottling Ventures in North Carolina seeks a Trainee-DOT to learn the Route Delivery Driver role, delivering, unloading, and merchandising beverages while keeping safety first.

You’ll perform pre/post-trip inspections, stock shelves, obtain signatures, and follow DOT/FMCSA rules. CDL Class A is required; training path leads to full Driver duties with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required or preferred; able to pass DOT physical.
• 0–2 years commercial driving experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and drive safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections according to DOT requirements.
• Safely drive a truck with gross vehicle weight under or over 26,000 pounds.
• Safely unloads product and ensures proper check-in procedures.
• Stocks shelves, racks, coolers, and displays with proper rotation.
• Obtains required signatures, stamps, and invoices for end-of-day settlement.
• Follows all DOT and FMCSA regulations.

We’d love to receive your application and talk with you about your interest in the position if the overview below describes you.Trainee-DOT Role OverviewThe Trainee DOT is primarily responsible for learning all aspects of a Route Delivery Driver role, including the safe and efficient operation of the delivery vehicle.
